IMPORTANT:
1)
Your
username
is the
email address with which you joined JMB Website Supporters, or your current
email address IF you notified our Membership Services Department it has changed.
Information on notifying us about address changes was included in your welcome
letter, but more info on that subject is at the bottom of this page. Note:
Changing your email address for the "free" weekly newsletter does not affect
the email address on record in our JMB Website Supporters member database.
You MUST notify us directly to change the member database record of your email
address, when you start using a new email address.

Your
password
was sent to you when you joined JMB Website Supporters. If you don't remember
it, use the instructions below to get a new one through our automated system.
Passwords are available ONLY through this automated system and
not by emailing us.

Accessing the secret site for the
first time?
Our
automated password
system requires all JMB Website Supporters members to create their own personal
new password (eight characters preferred). The
following shows you how.
TO SET YOUR PASSWORD PRIOR TO VISITING THE SECRET SITE FOR THE FIRST
TIME THROUGH OUR AUTOMATED PASSWORD SYSTEM:
Before logging into the JMB Website Supporters members-only secret website for
the first time, all members must create their own
personal new password. You have already been sent an email with a temporary
password. (If you don't know where that email is, see the next section.)
To create a permanent password, please do the following:
1.
Click the link here to go to our "password retrieval" page:
Click Here to Get a New Password
2.
On that page, type your email address all in lowercase (no capital letters at
all).
3.
Under "username," again type your email address all in lowercase (no capital
letters at all).
4.
Under "old password," type the temporary password we emailed to you, again all in
lowercase type.
5.
On the last line, type in your new password -- the one you want to create on
your own -- also all in lowercase type. Please be sure it is eight
characters long, preferably a combination of letters and numbers, all lowercase.
6.
Click "Modify Password" and your new password will
become effective immediately. You can then go directly to
the secret site and log
into the secret site using your email address (in lowercase) as your username,
and the password you just created.
7.
Be sure you type all information in lowercase...otherwise the system
will not accept it. If the process doesn't work (which rarely happens), get a
new password using the technique described next, and use that to access the
secret site.
8.

HOW TO RECOVER YOUR PASSWORD IF YOU FORGET IT OR
MISPLACE IT & HOW TO CHANGE YOUR
PASSWORD:
1.
Click the following link to go to our "password retrieval" page:

2. On that page,
type your email address all in lowercase (no capital letters at all).
3.
Click "send new password" and a new password will be sent to the email address
we have on file.
4.
If your email address changes, you
must write directly to JMB Website Supporters to tell us, so we can update our database and continue to send
Low Airfare
Bulletins and other important member updates to you. To notify us of a change
in your email address, email us at nospamtracy@jmbcommunications.com
(eliminate "nospam" when you send the
email please).

Read This:
New
memberships are processed in priority order. Phoned-in or faxed memberships are usually
processed in a few hours, or within 24 hours at most; PayPal signups, 48-72 hours, and ground-mailed sign-ups are
processed after the others. Once your membership is recorded in our member
database, we add you to the secret site member mailing list so you will receive
emailed Low Airfare Bulletins and other emailed JMB Website Supporters
communications. You are also added to our weekly "free" email newsletters, which
often refer you to parts of the secret website, and your email address is
entered into our password system. Once these things are done, we send you a
welcome letter detailing your member benefits and telling you how to access
them. Shortly thereafter, our automated password system emails you a temporary
secret site password which you can either keep or change right on this page.

to our secret site home page and you'll find a link to the Members Message Board
there. It has a separate password that you'll also find on the secret site.
How To Notify Us When Your Email Address Changes:
First, email nospamtracy@jmbcommunications.com
(eliminate "nospam" when you send the email please)
to advise our JMB Website Supporters Membership Services Department of the
address change. You MUST include your full name and street address so we can ensure that
we edit the correct record. We will process it and you will be notified when
processing has been completed. You cannot currently change our JMB Website
Supporters database record of your email address yourself.
Second, your subscription to our "free" weekly newsletter is handled
differently. You must subscribe your new address, and unsubscribe your old
address, yourself. You can do both
here. Again,
this affects only the free newsletter and NOT your JMB Website Supporters
membership or access to the "secret" members' website.
